We offer a variety of Greek, Mediterranean, Italian and American entrees. Specialties include Greek style Pizza, Gyros, Moussaka, Souvlaki, Lasagna (meat and spinach), Greek style salads and Greek Desserts (baklava, galaktoboureko, walnut cake, etc.). Sandwiches, wraps, subs and hamburgers are prepared to order.  We also offer a large selection of Beer and Wine (including several Greek wines).

Colossus was started in 1983 by two Greek families (the Vastakis and Lucas families).  The menu was designed with their tried and true Greek family recipes. Current owner, Rick Johnson, a military trained chef, worked in the restaurant for almost 20 years and purchased the restaurant in 2004.  The menu has grown with the addition of several new items that have been recently introduced.  The restaurant was remodeled in 2006-2007 along with the addition of an open air patio for alfresco dining.
